We stand behind our service. If you feel our premium negotiation service did not deliver value, contact us for a refund.
Eligibility
Refunds are available for our premium negotiation service ($100 + tax). If we cannot secure a better price than you could get on your own, we'll refund your premium fee. Contact us if you're unsatisfied for any reason — we'll make it right.
How to Request a Refund
Email us at support@pricedriven.ca with your order details. We'll review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
