By using Price Driven's services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Description of Service

Price Driven provides Canadian vehicle pricing information, discount reports, and optional negotiation services. We do not sell vehicles. We are not a dealership. We provide data and services to help buyers make informed decisions.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information when using our services. You agree not to misuse our services, attempt unauthorized access, or violate any applicable laws.

Payment Terms

Our negotiation service is billed at $100 CAD + applicable tax. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Receipts are emailed immediately upon successful payment.

Limitation of Liability

Price Driven provides pricing data and negotiation support. Final pricing is determined between you and the dealership. We are not liable for dealership actions or final transaction terms.
